A distancia tiene presencia y densidad; hay una sensación de masa sumergida, con capas que se pisan, raspados y un tejido de marcas que sugiere estructura (casi coral/ruina) más que simple gesto.

En los detalles se ve oficio material: superposiciones, transparencias, bordes rehumectados, pequeñas grietas y líneas incisas que aportan tiempo y sedimentación.

Underwater Formation

The work functions as a “cut” of depth: a dominant blue field, crossed by cold glazes and blackened areas, with warm (orange/reddish) eruptions that act as internal pressure. From a distance, it has presence and density; there is a sense of submerged mass, with overlapping layers, scrapings, and a fabric of marks that suggests structure (almost coral/ruin) rather than simple gesture.

The details reveal material craftsmanship: overlays, transparencies, re-moistened edges, small cracks, and incised lines that contribute time and sedimentation.
