La pieza se despliega en un “all-over” de veladuras claras sobre las que irrumpen manchas y filamentos de color (verdes, turquesas, violetas, rojos y ocres) mezclados con negros de tinta que se abren en pequeños charcos. A distancia la obra se sostiene por atmósfera: un campo lechoso, casi neblinoso, donde el color aparece como restos y chispas, y por una dirección general en diagonal que atraviesa el plano con mayor densidad de materia. De cerca, el material recompensa: se ven arrastres, transparencias superpuestas, bordes de sangrado y zonas donde el esmalte genera pequeños relieves y cortes húmedos; hay capas reales y una mezcla viva entre lo acuoso y lo pastoso.

Follow the natural course

The piece unfolds in an “all-over” of light glazes over which spots and filaments of color (greens, turquoises, violets, reds, and ochres) mixed with black ink burst open in small pools. From a distance, the work is sustained by atmosphere: a milky, almost misty field where color appears as remnants and sparks, and by a general diagonal direction that crosses the plane with greater density of matter. Up close, the material rewards: you can see smudges, overlapping transparencies, bleeding edges, and areas where the enamel creates small reliefs and wet cuts; there are real layers and a lively mixture of watery and pasty textures.

There is skill in the construction of the pictorial skin and a sparkling palette.

تنتشر القطعة في شكل ”كلية“ من الطلاء الشفاف الذي تخترقه بقع وخيوط ملونة (خضراء، تركوازية، بنفسجية، حمراء وأصفر مائل إلى البني) ممزوجة باللون الأسود الحبر الذي يتفتح في برك صغيرة. من بعيد، تبدو القطعة وكأنها تحمل جوًا خاصًا: حقل حليبي، شبه ضبابي، حيث تظهر الألوان كبقايا وشرارات، وباتجاه عام قطري يقطع المستوى الأكثر كثافة. عند النظر عن قرب، تكافئك المادة: ترى آثار سحب، وشفافيات متراكبة، وحواف متسربة، ومناطق حيث يولد المينا نقوشًا صغيرة وقطعًا رطبة؛ هناك طبقات حقيقية ومزيج حي بين المائي واللزج.
