El abismo del purgatorio se construye por estratos más que por gesto. Una atmósfera de grises y negros, atravesada por veladuras pardas, sostiene una constelación de fragmentos claros que funcionan como “placas” raspadas o arrancadas del propio plano. Ese contraste no es decorativo: organiza la lectura en oleadas, con zonas de densidad que se abren y se cierran como respiraciones lentas.

En los detalles se ve decisión material: cortes secos, arrastres y abrasiones que tensan los bordes y evitan el barro: el esmalte se quiebra en láminas, la tinta china se filtra en halos y pequeños puntos blancos actúan como ruido controlado. Un rastro cálido, ocre y rojizo, aparece por momentos para cortar la frialdad sin imponer un centro fácil.

Lo más logrado es la coherencia entre idea y factura: el “abismo” no se ilustra, se fabrica mediante oclusiones, erosiones y sedimentaciones. Los claros no son iluminación; son heridas del soporte: lugares donde la materia se adelgaza y deja ver su propio desgaste.

La obra pide proximidad para leer micro-relieves y, a distancia, mantiene una masa grave y estable. Si algo podría exigirse es un foco todavía más inequívoco en la jerarquía general, pero la ambigüedad está bien administrada: sostiene tensión continua sin colapsar en ruido ni en gesto retórico.

The Abyss of Purgatory

The Abyss of Purgatory is constructed by layers rather than by gesture. An atmosphere of grays and blacks, crossed by brown glazes, supports a constellation of light fragments that function as “plates” scraped or torn from the plane itself. This contrast is not decorative: it organizes the reading in waves, with areas of density that open and close like slow breaths.

The details reveal material decisiveness: sharp cuts, smudges, and abrasions that tense the edges and avoid muddiness: the enamel breaks into sheets, the Indian ink filters into halos, and small white dots act as controlled noise. A warm, ochre and reddish trace appears at times to cut through the coldness without imposing an easy center.

The most successful aspect is the coherence between idea and execution: the “abyss” is not illustrated, it is manufactured through occlusions, erosions, and sedimentations. The clearings are not illumination; they are wounds in the support: places where the material thins and reveals its own wear and tear.

The work demands proximity in order to read the micro-reliefs and, from a distance, maintains a serious and stable mass. If anything could be demanded, it would be an even more unequivocal focus on the overall hierarchy, but the ambiguity is well managed: it sustains continuous tension without collapsing into noise or rhetorical gesture.

煉獄深淵

煉獄深淵的構築更著重於層次而非筆觸。灰黑交織的氛圍中，褐色朦朧光影穿梭其間，支撐著一組組明亮的碎片，宛如從平面上刮除或撕裂的「板片」。這種對比並非裝飾性手法：它將觀者引導成波浪般的閱讀節奏，密度區域如緩慢呼吸般開合。

細節中可見材質的決斷性：乾脆的切割、拖曳與磨蝕使邊緣緊繃，避免泥濘感：釉料碎裂成薄片，水墨滲出暈染，細小的白點則如受控的噪音。暖色調的赭紅痕跡時而浮現，切斷冰冷感卻不強行建立中心。

最成功之處在於理念與技法的一致性：「深淵」並非描繪而成，而是透過遮蔽、侵蝕與沉積塑造。明亮處並非光照，而是基底的傷痕：物質變薄之處，顯露其自身的磨損。

作品要求觀者近距離觀賞以解讀微微浮雕，遠觀時則保持沉穩厚重的體量。若要挑剔，或許可要求整體結構更明確的焦點，但作品對模糊性的掌控恰到好處：持續維持張力，卻未淪為喧囂或修辭性姿態。

هاوية المطهر

هاوية المطهر مبنية بطبقات أكثر منها بحركات. جو من الرمادي والأسود، تخترقه طبقات بنية، يحمل مجموعة من الأجزاء الفاتحة التي تعمل كـ”لوحات“ مخدوشة أو ممزقة من السطح نفسه. هذا التباين ليس زخرفيًا: فهو ينظم القراءة على شكل موجات، مع مناطق كثيفة تفتح وتغلق كأنها أنفاس بطيئة.

تظهر في التفاصيل حسم مادي: قطع جافة، سحوبات وكشوطات تشد الحواف وتمنع الطين: المينا يتكسر إلى شرائح، الحبر الصيني يتسرب إلى هالات ونقاط بيضاء صغيرة تعمل كضوضاء محكومة. يظهر أثر دافئ، بني محمر، من حين لآخر لقطع البرودة دون فرض مركز سهل.

أكثر ما تم تحقيقه هو التناسق بين الفكرة والتصنيع: ”الهاوية“ لا يتم توضيحها، بل يتم تصنيعها من خلال الانسدادات والتآكلات والترسبات. الفجوات ليست إضاءة؛ إنها جروح في الدعامة: أماكن تقل فيها المادة وتكشف عن تآكلها.

تتطلب العمل الاقتراب لقراءة النقوش الدقيقة، ومن بعيد، تحافظ على كتلة جادة ومستقرة. إذا كان هناك ما يمكن المطالبة به، فهو تركيز أكثر وضوحًا في التسلسل الهرمي العام، لكن الغموض مُدار بشكل جيد: يحافظ على التوتر المستمر دون الانهيار في الضوضاء أو الإيماءات البلاغية.
